Privacy Notice

Information Rockit receives

This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery area, order request, feedback, maker application and messages sent through WhatsApp or email. Saved crags, field notes, trip plans and order baskets are stored locally in your browser unless you actively submit or share them.

How it is used

• Responding to enquiries and confirming orders.
• Arranging delivery, collection, support, returns or warranty assistance.
• Reviewing maker applications and website feedback.
• Keeping records required for legitimate business and legal purposes.

Service providers

Website forms are processed using FormSubmit. WhatsApp, email providers, couriers and suppliers may process information needed to provide the service you request. Their own privacy terms also apply when you use those services.

Retention and security

Rockit aims to keep information only as long as reasonably needed and to use appropriate safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through website forms.

Your choices

You may ask Rockit to correct, access or delete personal information, subject to legal record-keeping obligations. Contact rockit@gmicctv.co.za. You may also contact South Africa's Information Regulator.
