Using Rockit
Website & Order Terms
These terms explain the website's planning information and Rockit's request-and-confirm ordering process.
Order requests are not final sales
Adding an item and submitting the form sends Rockit a request. A sale is only concluded after Rockit confirms the exact products, options, availability, final price, delivery arrangements and payment method with you.
Product information
Rockit aims to keep descriptions and images accurate, but colours, specifications, packaging and availability may change. Manufacturer instructions and markings supplied with safety equipment take precedence over website summaries.
Pricing and availability
Displayed prices are indicative until confirmed. Rockit may correct an obvious error or advise that an item is unavailable before accepting an order. You can decline a revised quote before payment.
Crag and trip information
Access, weather, routes, anchors, roads, permits and conditions can change. Rockit provides planning summaries, not guarantees or professional instruction. Confirm current information with land managers, climbing organisations and official guides.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, misuse maker information or reproduce substantial guide content without permission.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. Contact rockit@gmicctv.co.za with questions before ordering.
